Our Story
Euphoria Bar & Restaurant opened its doors in 2022 with a small but passionate team of eight. What started as a dream has grown into a family of twenty, all thanks to the incredible love and support we've received from Moncton and across the Atlantic.
Our journey has always been about you. We pay attention to what our guests enjoy, what they crave, and what keeps them coming back — then we bring those flavours to life. Every dish is a blend of tradition, creativity, and care, crafted to give you a true taste of India right here in New Brunswick.

"Got to Moncton late due to a snow storm and Euphoria was one of the only restaurants open after 10pm. We are so glad they were, because it was one of the best Indian restaurants we have ever eaten at. We got the chicken vindaloo and the butter paneer. The food was authentic and top tier. We also ordered some specialty shots and they were really cool. Service from our server Sukhpreet was friendly and attentive. The chef and everyone there clearly took pride and care in the experience they provide to their customers. We will be back!"

"We were looking for dinner a little late in the evening and peek in at Euphoria. From the outside, it looked nice however there was only one other table in use. I'm glad we didn't walk by because it was a wonderful experience. They had many vegetarian options as well as non-veg. Best of all, we didn't have to settle for one dish. Our very kind server helped us navigate the menu, recommending the Afghan Malai Momos to start. They were delicious crispy dumplings with a creamy drizzle topping. For our mains, we both opted for the Thaali (one veg, one non-veg). This was like a sample platter of many dishes, which was perfect. Three ramekins were full of flavourful mains - dal makhani, Chana masala, and butter paneer for the vegetarian option. Then there was basmati rice, salad, and the naan. Oh my the naan - straight out of a giant oven in the kitchen - fluffy, slightly charred and perfect to hold spoonfuls of the mains. In the center of this sat a tiny dessert, which I don't know the name but would poorly describe as a Timbit soaked in a light syrup. A lovely sweet something to finish off the meal. I hope Euphoria is much busier at lunch and early dinner because it's a great Indian experience in downtown Moncton. Special shout-out to the other guest who supported the momos recommendation!"
